4. The room I was in was spacious (6th floor - Superior double with King size bed), with a big tv and an excellent view of the main street next to the hotel (broadway) - no issue with noise etc. I really liked the decor, especially the bathrooms.

Zenaida), the rates were incredibly reasonable considering the size and decor of our 16th floor suite(with balcony), the location was excellent for a family with children as we were only a few blocks from Central Park, the Museum of Natural History(among other local attractions), plus we were across the street from two grocery markets and Big Nick's restaurant(a longtime local fixture in the restaurant game); not to mention it was really nice to be staying in a largely residential section of town which allowed us to escape the more crowded sections of Manhattan once we were done sightsseeing for the day/evening.

10. A few of the qualities we especially appreciated: modern decor, quiet, clean, great small workout room, wonderful shower, free internet access in the lobby, coffee machine (Keurig) in the room, and last but not least, Maria at the front desk, who was gracious, helpful, and welcoming.
