It's probably fair to say that they've done quite well with what they have, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are first class!, (very helpful, attentive, very good humoured) and the location is probably it's best asset, lots of reasonably priced and good restaurants close by, handy for Central Park and a pleasant neighbourhood to walk around.
