1. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and the rooms and amenities are second-to-none -- great linens, towels, etc. Unlike midtown, it's relatively quiet at night -- no blaring sirens or honking horns.

4. Maybe next time they should take out the trash or bring fresh towels to explain their entering a room to do nothing but obviously rearrange objects and annoy their guests.

5. Our room staff were awesome, the room being cleaned and bed lined changed daily, plenty of soft towels etc. We also had a complimentary fridge delivered to our room on our first night, which was really useful for storing water and snacks bought from the amazing deli just across the road.

Highlights:- tons of pillows, soft & cloudy bedding- nice flatscreen, enough channels to keep me entertained- updated bathroom, slate-tile shower, ample towels, decent toiletries- single cup coffee maker in room with Wolfgang Puck grind- free coffee in lobby in the morning- free wireless in thy lobby- helpful and friendly staff- in room mini-fridge with snacks and waterLowlights- small standard room, but average for NY (spacious for Europe!)- my in room coffee maker didn't actually work- crazy expensive in-room wireless (about $15/day)- in-room mini-fridge sparsely stocked, typically expensive- no restaurant/room-service (I really like coffee in my room, what can I say?)There were unlimted restaurant and bar choices steps away.
