Highlights:- tons of pillows, soft & cloudy bedding- nice flatscreen, enough channels to keep me entertained- updated bathroom, slate-tile shower, ample towels, decent toiletries- single cup coffee maker in room with Wolfgang Puck grind- free coffee in lobby in the morning- free wireless in thy lobby- helpful and friendly staff- in room mini-fridge with snacks and waterLowlights- small standard room, but average for NY (spacious for Europe!)- my in room coffee maker didn't actually work- crazy expensive in-room wireless (about $15/day)- in-room mini-fridge sparsely stocked, typically expensive- no restaurant/room-service (I really like coffee in my room, what can I say?)There were unlimted restaurant and bar choices steps away.

8. Stain in an obvious spot on the carpet made me question cleanliness factor(why didn't someone clean this?), furniture and the beds decorative/feather pillows could be better qualtiy.
