1. The building is old, need renovations desperately and they charged us for WIFI access (normally free for Diamond members).

5. Everything I needed was there (well, maybe I missed in-room coffee, but coffee is easy enough to obtain), the work space was well-designed, the wireless access was a snap, the lighting was very good, and most of all, the location is absolutely ideal for both business and pleasure.

10. I am the type of person who usually find out everything myself, online and on the phone, but here, the service was so nice and efficiant that we used it everyday instead of paying for wifi and phone in the room.
