1. Only downside with the hotel was our aircon wasnt the greatest, but other than that I would highly recommend.

3. Overall, I would totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a GREAT location, and a clean, safe, classy, predictable hotel (with good coffee).

4. Was close to the subway and walking distance to Times Square, Broadway etc. If anything I would recommend the hotel for the location.

6. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better holiday and we are looking forward t going back to the Grand Hyatt in January 2011 for our 25th Anniversary and we would recommend this hotel to everybody.
