1. Book this hotel and go - good service and only complaint would be could hear some noisy guests who were in the corrider 1 morning early - and 1 night very late - but I blame the unthoughtful and rude guests rather than the hotel.

5. I have been staying at various Hyatt hotels in Asia and was always amazed about the consistency in service, well appointed rooms, good food outlets, all in all suggesting a ''grand feeling'' to its guests.
