1. The lobby and public areas of this property are gorgeous, and while I realize other reviewers have had room complaints, my suite was perfect and recently remodeled.

5. Business offerings like high speed, executive suite, etc were up to par, but in room usb charging staions would be a great addition in these days of handhelds and smart phones.

6. We were lucky that we were upgarded to a suite thanks to a friend of mine who works for the Hyatt Group having made the reservation for us, but I would guess that the quality of the furniture, fittings, bathrooms is equal throughout the hotel.

7. My sister checked in late, and all they had was the living room portion of a suite, which was HUGE, but only had a fold-out couch.
