6. we then asked for a room change and we got instantly a king room on a higher floor away from any machines/elevatorsgood:- very good bed- quite big room for NYC- good locationnot so good- old bathroom- no view (we saw only AC machines from the window) -> room is dark- big tv without any hd channels (very bad quality)- thin walls (if you are sensitive to noise take earplugs)- lobby is noisy because of waterfall and renovations- in my opinion overpriced as other Hyatt hotels offer much better experience.
