2. The new bed was comfortable, nice sheets, etc. These things may seem small, but in NYC hotels can really be spotty, particularly 3-stars.

3. The rest: You would expect a Hyatt to be reasonably smart and well appointed; bed was comfortable with a comforter between two sheets, adequate pillows.

5. The room was nice enough, the location was great- if they cleaned it up a little (new sheets and towels, and cleaned the rooms a little more thoroughly), then this would be a 4.5-5* hotel.

10. Our room (which was available several hours ahead of check-in time) was small but perfectly clean and attractive with a very comfortable, king-size bed and crisp, cotton sheets.
