5. We found the bedrooms a little small for a family of four but to be honest we didnt spend much time in the rooms as we spent our five days out sightseeing from 8am to 6pm each day, but we returned each day to a hot shower, plenty of clean towels and a comfy bed.
"Fab 1st time in NYC " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/21/2010 Vote
6. Well, it was all right -- our room on the 23rd floor was quiet, super clean and very comfortable King bed etc. -- it was a fine business hotel but not a luxury one (I measure that by the impersonal attitude of the staff-- efficient but nothing extra -- and the fact that the fitness room while well equipped had no sauna or steamroom or changing rooms, let alone a swimming pool, and there were none of the amenities such as bathrobes in the rooms or minibars that you'd expect in a first rank hotel.
"A good business hotel, but not a luxury one " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/21/2010 Vote
7. Pros: Clean, location is great, employees were very nice, comfy bed, nice lobby, near subway, taxis available in front, Cons: No fridge, bathroom is pretty small, Noise through connecting doors.

10. Great lobby , my check in was not the best , the guy checking me in did not have a good grasp of english which can be annoying after a 28hr flight from australia so i had to reapeat everything 3 times , the room was a club room , on the top floor , it was big but substandard , i felt i was in a cheap motel , the door to the bathroom could not close , the bed was nice , the club facilities were good had some great sushi in there , the bar was good , location was awesome to see all of what NY had to offer , the staff were great , its just ashame about the rooms.
"Everything was great apart from the rooms " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2010 Vote
