4. Location of the hotel is great, you're in downtown area, close to everything, walking distance to the Convention Center, which is good for business traveler, also the Liberty Mall, City Hall, Chinatown, Macy's and the Love Park is only few blocks away, not sure why they call it the 'Love Park' all I see there are all homeless people, didn't feel much love over thereMy bathtub has a built in jacuzzi, which was a big +, also good for business travelers or after a long day of shoppingSo those are all the upside of this hotel, now let's talk about the downside My room do not have the in room safe, which is kind of weird, because if this hotel located so close to the Convention Center, you would think most of the people staying at this hotel are business travelers, and they do have lots of important documents need to be lock into the safeAlso, the hotel do not have any snacks in the drawer, only has 2 small bottles of water, this is a huge room, if a family of 4 people staying in there, 2 little bottles of water will not do the job I arrived to the hotel late, and I don't feel like going out for dinner, so I ordered room service, chicken wings, the lady on the phone told me it will 45 minutes or less.
