2. All the the staff were pleasant and curtious the only issue was the maid on the 22nd floor who knocked on our door several times even though the do not disturb sign was out this person continued knocking on the door and placed her key into enter the room couldn't figure this out since it was 7am in the morning and check out time was 12pm i cant imagine their policy is to knock on the do not disturb doors first i thought she was looking for the tip.

3. and i did tell her, that it is embariing to call me out of the conference and disturb him, but she still didnt budge, so this lady at the front desk wanted me to wait for 12 long hours at the lobby, but she wouldnt help.
