9. unfortunately, I ran into the same woman both times, whose attitude was unhelpful to say the least, bordering on rude.

10. When I recounted what security had shared with me about the area not being monitored and not being secure, the woman I spoke with reiterated that while my experisnce was unfortunate, Marriott bore no liability or responsibility for the incident.
