1. You can also hear water from showers etc in the adjoining rooms but this wasn't actually a problem and I am a pretty light sleeper.

5. Staff was by far the worst it took 30 min + to get extra towels & wash clothes, the manager on Sat morning was rude and unwilling to help with my problem he needs to step down & be a bellman instead.

8. My only complaint is that the pillows were too thick and hard for me (I have neck and shoulder problems), but I wonder if it had something to do with my room preferences versus their standard issue pillows.

9. considering they have so many rooms, sometimes the staff at the front desk, do not get your room right, so next time i request each one of you, who might face problems like i did, repeat teh room number like 3 times, till the person at the front desk gets it right.
