1. The manager offered me points for the inconvenience, sure I accepted them, but still it does not get me my 2 hours waiting in the valet and a peaceful nights sleep back.

2. Service could be faster - seems like everyone is on slow-motion-drug, especially the restaurant staffroom was great but my room was in a far-located part of the building - to get there one needed to take 2 different lifts and cross a small bridge - which made it very inconvenient.
