1. Overall we were happy with our stay but primarily because I used Marriott points to pay for it, nothing specifically bad but nothing special either.

4. Near to everything in downtown Philadelphia, comfortable rooms (if not a little bland and underwhelming), staff isn't very friendly, but overall if you can get a good rate it's not a bad choice.
