1. The rooms seemed clean, but my biggest complaint is that the shower wouldn't drain, so you were showing in a pool of water, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so the wallpaper was peeling all around.

4. My only complaint is that the pillows were too thick and hard for me (I have neck and shoulder problems), but I wonder if it had something to do with my room preferences versus their standard issue pillows.
