1. Service is sometimes impersonal and seldom stellar, but I believe that most staff works hard to serve the guests.

2. If your room number is more than 2300's, that means your room is located right above the hard Rock Cafe in the next building.

7. My only complaint is that the pillows were too thick and hard for me (I have neck and shoulder problems), but I wonder if it had something to do with my room preferences versus their standard issue pillows.

8. There are many restaurants around within walking distance including Maggiano's, hard Rock, Chili's, McKormick & Schmick and a few others I can't remember.

For touring, the hotel is great as there are a few tour buses that stop out front or on the side, AND for those who like to gamble, there is a free shuttle to the Sugar House casino several times each day-again, this is free and is located out the side entrance to the property (on the hard Rock Cafe side.
