1. We asked for a king and got 2 doubles and when we questioned the mess up we were told we're not important enough of the rewards totem pole to actually receive the room we requested.

4. Actually the staff is extremely patient--I've seen the mess the dancers' families have left the ballrooms in and it is atrocious.
