1. This was the first time in a few years that I was able to go to a conference without having major room issues (I reviewed one hotel about that and had issues at another).

6. Later there was a bit of an issue with paying this Juniper Street hotel for the daily parking fee, as the 2 are totally separate.

7. The only issues were that the elevators took close to ten minutes to arrive during peak periods and there was a 230am fire alarm.

8. My only complaint is that the pillows were too thick and hard for me (I have neck and shoulder problems), but I wonder if it had something to do with my room preferences versus their standard issue pillows.

9. All the the staff were pleasant and curtious the only issue was the maid on the 22nd floor who knocked on our door several times even though the do not disturb sign was out this person continued knocking on the door and placed her key into enter the room couldn't figure this out since it was 7am in the morning and check out time was 12pm i cant imagine their policy is to knock on the do not disturb doors first i thought she was looking for the tip.
