1. After work after 9pm, I go to have one glass of wine downstairs at 9:30pm on a Tuesday, and a sushi chef in the hotel's chief lobby bar on a slow night of Tuesday nastily says I should have read the sign.

4. Service could be faster - seems like everyone is on slow-motion-drug, especially the restaurant staffroom was great but my room was in a far-located part of the building - to get there one needed to take 2 different lifts and cross a small bridge - which made it very inconvenient.

10. I paid the $12 they require for 24 hours of service however the service was beyond slow so I upgraded to the high speed service which was only a couple dollars more.
