2. annoying things about the room:-I guess it was too much trouble for housekeeping to actually put kleenexes IN the dispenser each day, and instead left them on top of it.

3. A couple of issues were annoying, however: no shower cap for my wife; the televisions are blocked so that an IPad cannot be used to play video on them -- the first time I have seen this in a hotel.
