6. 30pm only to be greeted by the worst receptionist ever it took 45mins to check us in, she was leaning over the desk, rubbing her eyes, stopping our check in to eat snacks (apparently she had had no sleep all night and was hung over) not a very good first impression,whist in reception we asked about the complmentary shuttle to the disney parks, only to be told that because there was 13 of us we were not allowed to travel on the complimentary transport and had two options, 1 pay $15.
