1. The room was spotlessly clean and no insects at all and I did obsessively check mattresses, drawers, etc.

The room was fine and clean in my stay, odd insect in my room saw the odd tiny ant and insect but not masses and if they were cockroaches I aint seen any that small before, I have my suspions people who have problems eat in there roomsOverall good stay just could do with updatingThe location is probably best onInternational drive for eating out.

6. The staff were lovely and friendly but the first 6 days of our hol was ruiend I couldn't sleep I was awake all night scratching and itching I spent fortunes on fle sprays and insect sprays but made no difference cos the full hotel was riddled.

8. 'Roach City' - we didn't see one insect of any kind in our room and saw none in the grounds or pool area.

Our bed sheets were filthy they had not been changed from previous guests we had bugs in our room we both experianced bed bug bites and rashes all over are bodies, the staff are rude and discriminate against people from Liverpool, the pool area was infested with dead insects, the internet shows a picture perfect hotel which looks clean and tidy in reality this is not the case, i would NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody who was thinking about staying here this hotel has been shown completely different to what it actually is this is false advertisement which is a sueable offence.

10. If you walked around in your bare feet they got filthy and because of this we were leaving dirty feet marks in the bath which had not been cleaned and the insects were getting worse, more of them and we had found one in our bed which started a nightly ritual of checking the bed before getting in to it each night.
