1. In the past, it has always been very comfortable, spectacular (if slow) service at the front desk, and never had a problem.

8. They were quite slow on check in and out but we were on holiday-time to relax, not rush and get stressed at queuing because to be honest if a slow check in queue stresses you then you will have a breakdown when it comes to theme park queues.
