Our bed sheets were filthy they had not been changed from previous guests we had bugs in our room we both experianced bed bug bites and rashes all over are bodies, the staff are rude and discriminate against people from Liverpool, the pool area was infested with dead insects, the internet shows a picture perfect hotel which looks clean and tidy in reality this is not the case, i would NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody who was thinking about staying here this hotel has been shown completely different to what it actually is this is false advertisement which is a sueable offence.

10. The room felt wet, their was blood on the sink toilet didnot flush ,pee in the elevator, i think this was also a homeless shelter, noone to help us with our bags , wouldnot be there alone ,dirty sheets , rude staff not helpful.
