1. When we complained General Manager Sean told us to stay somewhere else if we wasn't happy (impossible as every hotel was booked up due to Easter, spring break and a huge film convention) he was the rudest most obnoxious man I have ever met.

7. 00 for a 2 week taxi hire, obviously we refused and complained to a manager who's explination was it's limited seats which is why my family could not ride, they have two mini buses holding 10 people in each for a hotel that has 674 rooms.
