1. We had no problems with bugs, cockroaches,ants etc at all.

Opened the door to our room and it was infested with bugs that resembled fleas which we later got told were ants, also had no water and air con in one room and had to call maintenance within the first half hour of being in our room balcony was also very unstable which worried us as we had our 5 year old daughter with us.

4. It smelled awful (granted, it was a smoking room because that's all that was available but it didn't smell like smoke - it was more mildew) but I personally didn't see any bugs.

7. The only bugs we saw in our room was the odd tiny ant, but we carelessly left pizza on the side to find it became a magnet to the a load of other ants within hours.

9. bugs on the walls i doubt very much, from now on i think people should upload videos to prove all this because i think your just trying to downgrade a brillant MOTEL.
