1. The bathroom was left somewhat dirty - hairs on the floor had not been swept up - and the tub was weathered to the point that there was a soft spot we had to avoid.

3. not a pleasant experience at all, thankfully although the deccor left me wanting to run a mile, the room was clean enough and the bed was comfy, lift was pedestrian and smelly and dirty, didnt feel safe .
