1. It smelled awful (granted, it was a smoking room because that's all that was available but it didn't smell like smoke - it was more mildew) but I personally didn't see any bugs.

5. it took over an hour to book us in they couldnt find our booking,the computers woulnt work etc on opening our ground floor room we we hit by this awful musty smell , i couldnt use the drawers provided because of the stink.

6. We found this place over a magazine,and it looked cheap and nice,when we got there we got a room that said no smoking,but all the staff smoked outside (yuck) it smelled awful when we went outside.

9. it is awful i m no snob but my idea of basic obviously isnt the same as first choice , it was damp dark and after one night me and my daughter were covered in bites, i should of realised it was bad when we arrived and first woman i met in reception was in tears booking a cab to move hotels after one night .

10. Id imagine the only way they stay open is because poor unsuspecting tourists go in PAY but NEVER go back again- because its so awful.
