1. The jacuzzi is like a bath which is nice :) to be honest, there is only one complaint I have about this hotel and that is the transport.

5. One of the free shuttles didn't stop right at the hotel (can't remember which one), but it was an 8 minute trolley ride away and it was free so no complaints here.

9. My only complaint for the area is the Itrolley bus was always full, we were on it twice in a fortnight, so buying the 2 week pass was a waste.

10. i read reviews before hand and was alil worried but when we got there we ha d a room in the main block(where the reception is) ther wasnt a lift which was anoying with suitcases yes carpet etc was a bit dated but so what then we entered the room and it was lovley king size bed two masive tv's coffee machine fridge frezer n mircowave room was cleaned daily and clean towels everyday so no complaints about the room.
