1. In the past, it has always been very comfortable, spectacular (if slow) service at the front desk, and never had a problem.

2. the only problem with this hotel is checking in/out as there are not enough staff at reception around these times and the process is long,allow up to 1 hour for checking in/out as if you have transportation waiting you will miss it.

The room was fine and clean in my stay, odd insect in my room saw the odd tiny ant and insect but not masses and if they were cockroaches I aint seen any that small before, I have my suspions people who have problems eat in there roomsOverall good stay just could do with updatingThe location is probably best onInternational drive for eating out.

7. When I called to inquire of this issue, the front desk manager said they had migrated to a new system and he couldn't fix the problem.
