2. My long list of issues include a filthy hotel room with black floors, a broken safe, run-down overall condition, a televsion that could only be shut off by unplugging it on occasion, a dirty pool.

6. I do have to say that the beds were very comfortable but the carpets were so disgustingly filthy that after only 3 days we had both run out of socks (couldn't walk on the carpet without them) and had to visit walmart to buy socks to do us until the end of our holiday.

7. The carpets were filthy if you walked round the room with nothing on your feet they were black,they wanted to charge s140 for a fridge what a rip-off in a place as hot as Florida you would expect a fridge in your room.

8. bad service rude staff hygiene no filthy i had two kids roaches ants bugs crawling over them also caught haeadlice flea bites ended up seriously ill by this hotel glad to be home no rep avail no lifegaurd avail child safety kids could of easily slipped through balcony .

Our bed sheets were filthy they had not been changed from previous guests we had bugs in our room we both experianced bed bug bites and rashes all over are bodies, the staff are rude and discriminate against people from Liverpool, the pool area was infested with dead insects, the internet shows a picture perfect hotel which looks clean and tidy in reality this is not the case, i would NEVER recommend this hotel to anybody who was thinking about staying here this hotel has been shown completely different to what it actually is this is false advertisement which is a sueable offence.

10. If you walked around in your bare feet they got filthy and because of this we were leaving dirty feet marks in the bath which had not been cleaned and the insects were getting worse, more of them and we had found one in our bed which started a nightly ritual of checking the bed before getting in to it each night.
