1. The negatives.

2. The only other negative thing I would say is they have United Cabs desk (think that was the name) at the hotel which do the Free Disney Shuttle and Universal trnasfers etc, and they must think we were stupid as always said it was full and we could only get the one you paid for.

3. Staff were really friendly, however the hotel is shortly closing for refit and all safes are being removed, this was the one and only negative comment I can make, we did worry about this the first few days but doors are secure and we had to make the best of it.

7. Prior to departure i read the reviews here and even tried to arrange with travel agents to change our hotel as the reviews were quite negative.

9. As I said earlier this is a great value hotel so don't be put off by the negative reviews, those are probably written by people who usually stay in 4- 5 star and expect that standard at all times, ok its not a pretty hotel but it does the job, remember you are only sleeping there.
