1. Well to start off this hotel is the best hotel we have stayed in since we have been in Orlando and we love it only minor issue with tv but was fixed in a quick visit from friendly maintence guy then had a small issue late tonight but I think it will be fixed in morning I hope .

2. I had no issues during check in/out though with 2 people working the desk that was clearly designed for at least 4-5, things got backed up quickly.

3. When I called to inquire of this issue, the front desk manager said they had migrated to a new system and he couldn't fix the problem.

5. As a downside I would say the air con could be noisy, which in February wasn't an issue but if you were there in the heat of summer I think would be a nuisance.

8. We did have an issue with the lock on the door when we first arrived but this was sorted by the maintainence man in under 30 mins.

9. My long list of issues include a filthy hotel room with black floors, a broken safe, run-down overall condition, a televsion that could only be shut off by unplugging it on occasion, a dirty pool.

10. What I have issued with is the cockroach that ran across the counter, the lack of english-speaking employees, the fact that we had to go to the hotel laundry facility and get our own towels because by the time the maid got to our room, she was out and does not go back to restock her supply.
