1. The bathroom was left somewhat dirty - hairs on the floor had not been swept up - and the tub was weathered to the point that there was a soft spot we had to avoid.

10. there was a masive chip in the work top by the sink which could have caused a nasty rip in ur skin if you caught ur hand on it which we tried to avoid.
