1. Nothing wrong with the themed music, just the volume at 10:30 at night, not what I want to hear mixed with the street noise below.

4. We tried IHOP next door, the food was inferior and it wasn't much cheaper, but the waitress got 3 out of 6 orders wrong.

5. How did the guy get down 6 stories in the time it took me to pick up the phone? My husband went down to the front desk and was told that they took care of it and that they had given him the wrong room, the man was standing there and told my husband that we were in his room.

6. My girlfriend and I traveled to Orlando over Spring Break for our vacation, upon arrival we received the wrong room and was told they were booked and could not change it.

The first time it was only the 4 of us in the restaurant and the service was bad and the food wasn't any better however we tried the thanksgiving dinner as everyone in the hotel was promoting it so we thought it should be ok - how wrong we were the food was only just warm our finished plates sat for 40 minutes and I won;t enven mention dessert - we did complain and got 50% off the bill but as it was our firsdt thanksgiving experience we bitterly disappointed and upset.

9. One good thing I like about the hotel is that it is a tall tower unlike all the flat buildings in the city so you can spot it from a distance in case you are lost or took a wrong turn while driving.
