3. The issue with the hotel is that you never feel safe, I was staying with another friend, we found the bell captain abit over the top and had to decline his invites to spend time with him and his friends.

5. com and my employees check in everytime without an issue so why Sheraton Studio City Hotel at 8:30pm has an issue with that is the question.

6. Only issue we had was on one of the days, they had 2 of the 3 elevators out of service but other than that the stay was near perfect.

7. We were looking to spend 90% of our time at Universal, and did so; therefore, the room issues weren't something we lost sleep over.

9. Upon checking out, I brought these issues up to the reservation agent who made a note of the problems, and apologized, but didn't offer any comps (breakfast maybe?).
