The reception staff were great, and particularly the young lady who originally checked us in, and the evening before we left checked us onto our Virgin flights on-line, something she volunteered to do, unfortunately I can't remember her name other than it began with an N, but when we checked in we were given a room which hadn't been cleaned out by housekeeping, she immediately arranged our transfer to another room and gave us free breakfasts in the restaurant for five days.
