1. This caught them off guard a little bit and the reaction I got was a little bit rude.

The only downside was the rude reception staff but we only had to speak with them when checking in and out and the pool area is surrounded by trees and bushes so there was a lot of leaves and dead bugs floating around the COLD COLD COLD water but step across the road and you have wet n' wild anyway so no big deal.

3. One night we purchased a film and we were going to pay at end of hol and we were phoned at 7am one morning rudely being told to settle our bill of something like 12 dollars.
