1. Room was nice and spacious, but lacked a fridge which was annoying as the ice machine wasn't working on our floor (and their wasn't an ice machine on every floor so we had to go 2 levels up when we wanted ice).

2. Just arrived at hotel, located on the main street for hotels - International Drive, some of the tourist attractions, shopping not too far away, Red Lobster Restaurant across the street, IHOP next door, 7 - 11 mini mart across the street and Congo River Mini Golf adventure directly next door - complete with annoying African theme music playing loud enough to heard on the 16th floor.

3. With us being the only Virgin guests arriving at this hotel there was no rep onsite so we had to travel to the enclave suites for our welcome meeting which we were expected to attend, or we wanted to speak to them about anything, this was a bit annoying as it is a good mile away and Virgin should have provided us transport for this I feel, this has no bearing on the hotel as it is not their fault but I feel it should be fed back to Virgin.

5. They are located on every other floors and in the second week our room was right opposite which was quite annoying when people where filling ice buckets at 2am.

6. I immediately went down to the front desk and questioned why the room were different to what i had imagind from the site, I was told in a a 'go away and dont annoy me' attitude that those were previews of what the rooms would look like and the hotel was under refurbishment, i asked why pictures like that were up misleading customers and i got a shrug of shoulders and that she didnt know.
