8. My main complaint would be that in order to get the last shuttle from Disney in time, we missed the evening parade and fireworks show, which was disappointing.

10. As it was a special trip I tried contacting the hotel directly on more than one occasion to arrange a suprise for my husband however I recieved no reply which was very disappointing.
