1. Another negative of this hotel is there is no mini fridge in the room.

2. (By the way, after my last negative review, I was contacted by phone by the manager of the hotel, who apologized, and refunded my Starwood points which I used to book the room - VERY good customer service.

3. The only negative I can think of is that I could hear them emptying the dumpsters at dawn (even though I was on the 18th floor.

Now, although we really enjoyed our stay and felt is was a very good value, there were also some negatives we'd be remiss not to mention, namely - (1) Room fan was broken and could not be shut off - we had to unplug it, (2) Windows cannot be opened - if you're claustrophobic or need fresh air, bear this in mind; (3) Hotel is 30+ years old, so even being well-maintained it still shows its age.

5. Only negative is the doors to bedroom automatically slam shut so you can hear all the doors on your floor slamming shut.

7. One other negative was the noise that the air-con made - far too noisy to have on at night :(If you plan to spend most of your time at wet n wild, Universal, I-Drive, Seaworld, Aquatica & the outlets, then this is a great base.

9. If I had to pinpoint a negative about this hotel it would be the transport to the parks, this is both infrequent and uncomfortable, however it is possible to walk to IOA, Wet n Wild and Universal if you so wish.

10. There is an iHop next door that we had a great experience with one day and a negative one the next day-- but still very cheap and convenient for a quick breakfast before hitting the parks.
