1. The mananagement/staff were apologetic and offered points and free meals, but we would rather relax and not have to deal with the nonsense.

3. We never got picked up at 10 as we didn't see any of the night shows but the pick ups were always fine, one day the driver was about 10 minutes late but was apologetic so we didn't mind.
