1. Our only major complaint was the very noisy and rather ancient airconditioning, if you left it on the noise kept you awake - turn it off and you melted in the heat.

5. My only tiny complaint is the bus service provided to the Disney parks isn't the best and they don't do a direct bus to Busch Gardens like other hotels I've stayed in Florida.

6. The only 'complaint' I would have is the external cleanliness of the windows - it really hinders the beautiful view :o) But this, of course, only minor.

8. The only other complaint is that although we made it clear we wanted the hotel to book a taxi for us to go the airport, they booked some sort of private driver car (presumably they get kickbacks from doing this).

9. My main complaint would be that in order to get the last shuttle from Disney in time, we missed the evening parade and fireworks show, which was disappointing.

10. The only small complaint I would say is the breakfast is very expensive and as it was our honeymoon we asked for a room overlooking universal but we didn't even get a email back stating yes or no.
