1. The property is average in what it provides - The interior is rather dated overall and we received quite a mixed service from reception staff.

5. We chose the hotel because the Four Points by Sheraton brand has a good reputation, (I had stayed at one in Washington DC and was happy with the quality of the rooms), this hotel was competitively priced for our chosen dates and it was close to Universal Studios.

8. Yes the room was a little out of date but who cares if the room was clean and the staff where friendly and at the end of the day how much time do you really spend in a hotel room in Florida when there is so much to see.
