1. We were allocated room 1001 on the 10th floor, although this is not a big deal being a couple of floors lower down my concern is that the reservation was not acknowledged or honoured.

The only downside was the rude reception staff but we only had to speak with them when checking in and out and the pool area is surrounded by trees and bushes so there was a lot of leaves and dead bugs floating around the COLD COLD COLD water but step across the road and you have wet n' wild anyway so no big deal.
