2. No luggage stands so we had to place our suit cases on the desk and an ironing board placed across an upholsterd chair - this as a recommended precaution by the media not to put them on beds or upholstery in hotels as a prevention against bed bugs.

3. When I woke up from our first night my girlfriend and I had several bed bug bites, I had one really bad one on my face.

4. Our entire vacation was destroyed due to the bed bugs and my hospital stay, the management has now pushed us off onto their insurance adjuster and their insurance adjuster is refusing to help rectify this issue and now they're denying everything.
