1. Also for some really inconvenient reason there were two lovely big mirrors in the bathroom but none in the bedroom.

2. The security guy did call Disney and arrange for replacements (not at cost of hotel, we were able to cancel the others thankfully), so this was nice, but otherwise the situation was horrible and caused a big inconvenience.

3. There were a couple of areas which could need improving, several times housekeeping failed to leave tea/coffee and once no towels at all but this was rectified immediately we contacted reception and although the shuttle to the parks was very useful for some reason they took everyone to Epcot instead of the usual drop off point of the Disney Transport and Ticket centre and the last return time was very inconvenient being at 9.

4. The lifts were out of service on one occasion, but this was due to an emergency, and staff apologised for the inconvenience.

7. Indeed when returning to my room - it was never cleaned before 2pm and recently I had to call the front desk at 4pm to request which was most inconvenient as I had returned to my room to have a power snooze.
